Patient inclusion in the APEX study at the University Hospital Basel
APEX investigates the KIT-specific tyrosine kinase inhibitor bezuclastinib (CGT9486) as a single agent in patients with advanced systemic mastocytosis (aggressive systemic mastocytosis, systemic mastocytosis with associated hematologic neoplasia, and mast cell leukemia).
